ECOCERT® is internationally known and considered the most important organization which supplies “Organic Certifications”. Its standards are very strict, and it supervises the entire production - the creation of formulas, the manufacturing, filling and packaging process etc. ECOCERT® certification is only given after a thorough and long procedure, and it demands from the company the most serious and respectful attitude towards the consumers, the products, and the environment, from an ideological point of view.

 Cosmetique Bio is created in 2002 by the collaboration of about ten cosmetic laboratories working on job specifications for ethical cosmetics, COSMEBIO is today an association with more than 200 members and more than 4000 certified products.
Today the organic and natural market is rapidly expanding and many brands are using the organic appellation for marketing purposes, sometimes for products that contain natural ingredients in very small quantities and no organic ingredients at all.

 Bio Suisse, a private-sector organization, is the federation of Swiss organic farmers. This umbrella organization counts 32 organic farmers' associations among its members, as well as the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL. Common and uniform standards for agriculture and processing. Common label, the "Bud” (German: Knospe); organic produce carrying the Bud label has a market share in Switzerland of about 60%. More than 800 processing and trade companies have a license contract with Bio Suisse to use the label.
